It had running water….

It’s dirty. Loading/ unloading your car is terrible. Parking situation is kinda… ehhh. Short staffed, so if you need help you can forget it. Air conditioning makes noise and that’s about it. It’s expensive. It’s dirty,,,, did I mention that? If this place was 5 min further away it would be $29.99 a night. $300 a night kinda steep for a place you’re worried that you might get hepatitis from the tv remote.

I was traveling alone with my boys and I felt very safe and secure. I loved that everything needed a key to access, including the parking garage. The staff were very helpful. We loved the indoor pool and that everything we needed was mostly in walking distance. It was very clean as well. Whenever I come to St. Louis again, I will book here.

They ran out of some of the breakfast items fairly quickly. The first day we were there the sausage was gone and there was no pancake batter. Also, there should be someone outside making sure that those who are checking in do not leave their vehicle to go to their room. This car blocked us in for quite some time.

We did not stay. We got our money back and checked out.

The air conditioning was very loud and annoying. They put us in a room that was a million miles from our parking area and we are senior citizens.
