"Good value but don’t expect a five star room."

The restaurant and clubhouse were very nice and seemed to be recently renovated. Location is off the beaten path and just minutes from Bourne.

I was in building 2. They have done well to update the decor and bed was comfortable. But the bathroom and fixtures are from the 90’s. Needs a full on refresh.

Food was great Delicious! Staff was professional and courteous! Molly at front desk was awesome and Juanita our server was Great! She was our server Saturday n for our Sunday Easter brunch! She was THE BEST!

"My Review"

We had a good time at Tapatio Springs for my milestone Birthday from March 29th to April 1st! We spent three days playing golf, and we were impressed with the course layout and the scenery. However, we did notice that the greens and fairways could use a bit of TLC. Overall, we’d give it a 7/10. Regarding the accommodation, we’d rate it 6/10 because aesthetically, the buildings and grounds could use a bit of a clean-up. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom needed updating. I needed to unplug the refrigerator due to the loud irritating noise it was making that was keeping me awake. The highlight of our stay was the service and the food. The employees were all friendly, hardworking, and dedicated to making sure we had a good time, especially Jeannie and Alex at the reception desk, Andrew the food and beverage manager, and all our wait staff (Sophia, both Brookes, and Juanita). We’re looking forward to returning, provided the golf course is in good shape.

"Great Hill Country Getaway!"

Tapatio Springs was a perfect getaway. The golf course was awesome and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed the firepits and the hot tubs. Overall a 10 out of 10! We’ll definitely be back!

"Tapatio Springs is not what it was"

Poor: Tapatio Springs has changed management so many times; We visited for Christmas Eve? The food was terrible. We visited today, the food was good. Problem with this resort; poor management, understaffed. The skeleton crew is keeping this resort above water. It’s sad
