"Great time"

Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.

When you stay 4 nights and you get enough coffee for the first morning. They should give you enough for all of the days you stay without having to go asking for it daily

"I was at Tapatio Springs for a retreat. I would not choose to stay there for vacation."

The food was fresh and tasty. Staff were, for the most part, well-trained and accomodating. The meeting rooms and general facilities were very nice.

The rooms are tired and in need of some love and freshening up.

"Our positive experience at Tapatio"

Tapatio Springs is a nice all-around and relaxing destination. Brooke is a wonderful server. She’s very accomplished and brings a well-rounded energy to the resort. Her broad range of life experiences makes conversing with her a pleasure, all while dining with a spectacular golf course view.

Ryley was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her customer service was exceptional. She made sure everything was perfect and checked in at just the right times. On top of that, she was funny and brought such a great energy to our experience. She truly made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back because of her!

"Room wasn’t ready at 5pm for a prepaid dinner event starting at 6 after multiple confirmation"

DONT BOOK HERE! We just showed up for a valentines dinner with dueling pianos and a room for the night that was prepaid and confirmed ahead of time 2 times both online and with a phone call confirmation from the hotel for a 4pm check in only to show up at 4:40 to be told our room wasn’t ready and that we would have to wait in queue. Keep in mind that the dinner event that we booked for started at 6pm. We weren’t going to even have enough time to change and unload our bags and we’re not even offered a free drink while we waited for the inconvenience. all we got was an apology. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE. Ruined our valentines. We left and went home.
