"Our annual visit did not disappoint."

My husband and I make an annual visit to Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa and this year’s trip didn't disappoint. I cannot express enough how hospitable the staff is. Our Suite was lovely; the bed and jacuzzi tub were excellent. We had two delicious meals at the restaurant. My spa treatment was wonderful and the facilities are very good. The grounds during winter are a bit of a mixed bag in terms of orderliness; still, I firmly believe this adds to the charm of the property and the stay.

Some of the guests in our neighboring rooms were quite loud and despite my husband's complaint to the front desk regarding quiet hours, they seemed to continue without any disruptions. However, the next day, the front desk was very accommodating and they stressed that this sort of issue is something they are striving to be on top of.

"In General was good"

Environment was nice and beautiful.

Room was not clean and bed mattress was very uncomfortable… I could not sleep well for two nights …. I was told I will get refund on resort fee

"We stayed at the room where there’s balcony but you can hardly see the lake. We were place at the very end of the hotel"
