I went to the spa at 730am to have a steam and Jacuzzi and there was no water just a water fountain and I would never drink out of those but it would have been nice to hydrate while using the Facilities Also would have been nice to have some good herbal teas would have been lovely Also while attending the pool the had no soft drinks only alcohol just warm water in a picture We ate lunch there while enjoying the pool and a cold beverage that doesn’t contain alcohol I know it was a beach bar but could do better

The area around the hotel was very picturesque

The room was in need of an update particularly the carpet and patio door.Breakfast was expensive and very average. Only paper cups were provided in the room to make coffee, this seemed very wasteful and not pleasant to drink from

Great location on Lake Arrowhead, lunch was very good.

The outside of buildings and landscape are in poor condition, it's apparent the owners are not spending money on repairs, etc. The room though clean was in poor condition needing complete remodeling. Only two EV chargers in the parking lot. During a 4 day stay only one time could we get to a charger.
