"The waiter ciro and brother were great on dining room room, staff were pretty Good"

Mattress lumpy, sink broken. Ask for 1 o'clock extension on exit day and they would not give to me 1 to charge $75, so the check-in at 4 PM and check out at 11 AM is unreasonable.

The jacuzzi, the beds and pillows, the lake, the staff, the spa

Nothing except it was bad weather and felt creepy a bit, the massage I got at the spa was OK not great.

it's the perfect location. Directly on the lake and next to the village. Unbeatable

The hotel room was a bit run down. Lock was broken, the heating wouldn't go above 65 ( we were lucky enough to go on a freezing rainy day)), and the wallpaper by the tub was peeling off showing some mold underneath.
