Beautiful property!!! Went for Easter and they had free Easter hunts for the kids .

Only gripe was our tv was broken and picture was very poor

"Pretty lake view hotel rooms need major updates"

Lake view

Jacuzzi was not hot until we complained x2. Room was run down. Torn wallpaper stained walls and very dirty couch/sofa chair, curtains had holes, sliding glass door broken and tv not working properly , phone did not work either

The receptionist that checked us in wasn't friendly. This is our first time staying at this resort. We didn't like the room that we had when we checked in so we went back to the same person that originally assisted us to request a room changed. She didn't seem motivated to help us. I called the manager of this resort the next day to voice my conern, she stated that she would call me back, but never did.

"Could be better"

I enjoyed the spa. The grounds were nice. The restaurant was decent. The overall lobby appearance was nice.

The outdoor pool was too cold. There was a huge retreat with 200 people. If I had known this when I reserved. I would’ve chosen a different accommodation. We never had the opportunity to use the fire pits. They were always taken. The outdoor Jacuzzi was overcrowded. The room in the picture had curtains for privacy to separate the sofa bed, and there was nothing like that in the room. The sofa bed should be thrown out. It was absolutely awful uncomfortable. All you could feel where the metal springs notable at all.
