The location was nice, good view of castle. Nice restaurants near, walk to the main centro area which is nice. The staff at front desk, and breakfast were fantastic and kind.

This is an aged property in need of updates. This is not 5 stars, maybe 3. Especially when comparing to other 5 star properties on the isle. The spa definitely needs a refresh, definitely not up to its rating.

The breakfast area was nice

The room air condition didn’t work. The mattress on the bed was so bad. I slept in 2 star hotels with better mattress. The room was so small.
