Låg vid vattnet. Hotellpersonalen var fantastiska

-detta är INTE ett fem-Stjärnigt hotell. -Mögel på toaletten. -De hade inte ens ett strykhjärn att låna ut så vi fick gå med skrynkliga kläder hela veckan. -Fläkten lät riktigt illa så gick inte att ha igång när man sov. -Lyhört. När jag låste upp vår dörr kom grannen bredvid ut två gånger för att det lät som att det var någon som höll på med hennes lås. -Alla typer av ägg till frukost- omelett, specifik äggröra mm kostade extra och frukostutbudet över lag var inte 5-stjärnig. -Vi bad om extra kuddar men de kunde de inte erbjuda. -Bilderna på hemsidan motsvarar absolut inte verkligheten.

Room was too small

If I could give 0 stars - I would! Firstly the hotel does not offer transfers from the port - we were told to take a taxi. When we arrived the taxis were all on strike and we had to find and make our way to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel - website and description did not match. There was no outdoor pool. Rooms are very old and bathroom had mold. We asked for add'l pillows and were told that they didn't have any -- maybe tomorrow. We were meant to stay for 2 nights but left first thing the next morning. Breakfast buffet is below average compared to any other 5 star hotel we stayed in across Europe.

Room and amenities could be updated more but it was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Staff very nice and helpful. Rooftop restaurant is gorgeous!

This was a great hotel with an unbelievable staff. The location was right on the water and near the Castle therefore plenty of options for dinner and site seeing. The room was great and breakfast each day was enjoyable. The beach staff was wonderful and helpful in all areas.

Great hotel and room. Food beach terrific. Great staff. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful location and great food

Beds were hard

Good location for the water taxi and the hotel has a small private beach. Albeit there are better beaches not far away.

The hotel is tired and dated. We checked in and our room had a tiny shower (we are normal size) and you could barely fit in it. The air conditioning sounds like a helicopter in your room - they came to fix it the following day but it’s still loud. Room 216 was dark and you could hear the road noise. They were kind enough to move us. The corridor areas are dark and the runner carpet needs a good clean. The hotel is a 3 star in terms of decor and rooms eg the hairdryers are old / the TV was tiny / dated furniture. We would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.
