The hotel was completely run down, stains on bedding, pieces of gum on the walls, no ice in the ice machine, no waffle mix for breakfast!!! Garbage around the parking lot!! We’ve stayed there before and used cash at check in and this time we were not able to use cash….seriously!! We will NEVER stay there again!!!!

Great location and very friendly staff.

The breakfast in previous reviews is why we stayed here. They did not have waffle mix, the orange juice/apple juice machine was broke. The eggs were very dry. The ice machines were down, and the sofa machines only took quarters with no quarters available at the front desk. We were extremely disappointed with the food options.

"You can’t stay there if you are from Union or any Surrounding counties"

Reservation was for a room when the pipes burst under my home. Got there with my disabled husband and small children only to be told we couldn’t stay because we were from Spartanburg. Was never told that before and unfortunately it’s the only almost decent hotel in Union SC. It really felt racially motivated but I’ve yet to get a refund. Beth Knox is the manager so shame on you
