"Once here is enough."

The remote is taped and won't control the TV. When I went to the desk to ask for another, I was told there were no other remotes available and the remote was working fine since the light was on. The fact that I had to manually turn the TV on and off the night before (01/13/2025) and manually adjust the volume meant nothing. There was no offer to try a remote from a vacant room. Then I asked for ice...the ice machine is broken. I guess bagged ice isn't sold in Union. Next time I work in Union I'll drive the 30 minutes to stay in a hotel that cares and has staff that care more for customers than scrolling on their phone.

Very loud hotel. You can hear everything! Comfortable beds. Bathrooms need work and fans. Very small breakfast

Front desk staff was less than pleasant upon check in. Room was clean however bathroom ceiling had mold and toilet seat was awful.

It was an option for you to set a time you could check in and even though I requested an earlier check in I didn't get it,it needs too be a clear option on this,this is what make this a shitty stay,the little things in life is important
