The building was very hot. I entire building needs a deep clean. Our smoke detector was hanging from the wall, not sure if it was functional. The ac/heat until was poorly installed, with gaps to the outside for insects to get into the room. The door to the fridge required two hands to open. Not sure if it's broken or just needs some WD-40. Really low water pressure and had issues getting the toilet to flush

USI believe the overall comfortability of the property and the room was great. I was pretty satisfied with my stay. The room was completely comfortable and the shower was excellent.
The ice machine was broken. The soda machine was also down. The coffee machine in my room did not work.

The whole hotel is dirty and run down. Needs a major facelift. Had broken furniture in room where doors would not close and the caulking around the tub and shower was turning a dark brown or cracking or missing!
