The staff was rude & not helpful at all except for 1 person who fixed the TV, the a/x-rayS unit had lQots of issues, it was not clean, it smelled bad, I WOULD. NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN & I AM TELLING EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW HOW TERRIBLE THIS PLACE IS- JUST NASTY!!

Was put in the wrong room and kept having to get the key card reset and the shower head was stopped up and the water was not coming out correctly.

No housekeeping available to empty trash or to place clean towels in the room. The door key did not work most of the time spoke with staff and was told when maintenance came in they would have them look at it it took us like four or five times or more to get into our room with the key card. The staff was not always available at the front desk

It was old dirty and musty. No room service for the entire stay. No towel service. We had to ask every day. Keys had to be reprogrammed daily. There was a sign at the desk that said FRONT DESK AGENT HAS STEPPED AWAY PLEASE HAVE A SEAT FOR WHILE. We waited 30 minutes Sunday evening for a desk attendant to show. There was no one to talk to about a refund

Secure doors propped open with beer cans, breakfast easy cold, no coffee for 1/2 hour after previous one being empty, pool unavailable, filthy stairwell, arrogant, uncaring staff other than manager who obviously trying his best.

Breakfast was inedible. Took more than 12 hours to get a towel after asking. Key cards had to be reprogramed after 1-2 uses. This resulted in other guests proping exterior doors open leaving building unsecured. Had to supply our own toilet paper because hotel ran out. No cleaning service at all. Our stay was for 5 nights. Room was never cleaned or re-stocked. No do not disturb sign for door. No stopper for tub. Pool was closed.
