Lovely flat . Nice area. Good to be able to park. Near amenities and peasholm park. Close to sea front.

Unfortunately the cleaning wasnt thorough. Cobwebs in corners ,on the ceilings and in light fittings. Cooker hood greasy and smelly. Dusty surfaces. Double bed uncomfortable .

Excellent ground floor accommodation. Very spacious bedrooms. Very comfortable beds & Very good quality bed linen & towels. Very good shower. Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Comfortable seating in living room although the one sofa was a bit dated . Excellent tv ..Very good location 5 mins from bus stop. Excellent peasholm park also 5 mins walk away. Very enjoyable 7 nights

We arrived at the front of the property only to find access was from the next road and via the back of the property
