Located in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, good choice of breakfast in the downstairs café, spacious room and easy check-in even after the closure time of the café

Bathroom is quite small we had some issuses to solve, but the employees were very kind and helpful

"Clean, central. On a main road so don’t expect it to be quiet until late at night."

Location and breakfast

It’s a bit in need of TLC but the room was clean, warm. As somewhere in the middle of a walking district having somewhere or something to drape walking clothes over would be helpful
