"Great place to stay in Ithaca. "

Great breakfast with yoghurt, sausage, eggs, waffles and cereal. The coffee was amazing. Conveniently located next to a car maintenance facility. Oil change and top off Transmission fluid. My wife had a rear bulb replaced. Very convenient.

"False Advertising with Pool"

Swapped an $80 hotel room elsewhere for this booking so me and my daughter could use the pool. Upon checking in was told the pool was closed. Totally wasted the extra $. The experience was otherwise middlin/OK but felt totally ripped off by the bait-n-switch with the pool.

"Great location, quality service, bath room needs little improvement to make this stay lovely."

Some smell in bathroom, that can be fixed very easily to improve the facility to the next level. Staff is polite and great and can't complain. Breakfast is great too.

- Some foul smell in bathroom possibly from drainage system / wash basin. - Door handle is tricky on the room I stayed. This is possibly a single issue. - Noisy exhaust fan. - Flush lever sometimes stays down continuously leaking water. A small repair - would make it great.
