"Unexpected and unhappy"

The floor was sticky like a soda spill and was mopped to spread it around the room and there was bug crawling on the roof. Informed the receptionist but were sent housekeeping the next day but didn’t help much with the stickiness. AC would wouldn’t work and the temperature in the room kept going up making it really uncomfortable and extremely humid on the first day.

The important stuff was good, clean facilities and nice staff

No elevator, the breakfast room is waaayy too small, breakfast served 6 to 9, and you had to wait to sit and when it got towards 9 they didn’t fill anything

There was an incident in the breakfast room with a guest who seemed mentally ill. The staff person in the early morning didn't seem that capable of handling it. Breakfast was just "OK". Room was absolutely fine.
