Location was close to Cornell University drop off. Our son was very nervous so knowing that it was 8 minutes away eased his mind a little.

Disgustingly dirty beds. The 1st night, my husband noticed there was a large stain on the comforter of the one bed. We didn't say anything because my son was doing online homework for Cornell Engineering and couldn't handle disruptions. The 2nd night, I slept in the other bed to have room since our son was now living in Cornell. When I pulled down the comforter, there was a massive dried blood stain near the foot of the bed! I even spotted some blood on pillows and top of the comforter. We left after 2 nights despite paying for 3 because we were so creeped out. And NO, it wasn't from my son- it was too much blood for him to hide!
