Everything was great as far as the hotel itself but the staff member that checked us in was very uniterested in helping us get in our room she made it as hard as possible even made me change the booking to my fionce name bc my id was faded and on top of that she acted as if she just did t even want to be there just not at all polite in any way

Upon entering the room, I always check the beds and bathroom to see if it is nice and clean. The bed mattress cover was stained with black spots and the shower had what it look like as white-ish grey looking centipedes crawling around. Thank God I did not bring my belongs in the room. I called the hotel because I was so upset that I came on a trip with other family and let me without a place to stay so I am on the streets for the night. I called the front desk and the lady was nice but she said my room was none refundable. I couldn’t stay in a room with bugs crawling and I couldn’t even get part of my money back. Sad cause I usually don’t complain cause I understand the you pay for what you get but that was not it or fair to me

It was a great hotel for what it was worth as a 20 year old, I wouldn’t bring my family however, pool is smaller than it looks, we didn’t have any problems with bugs as most of the reviews, the room was dirty but nothing i couldn’t handle for three days! anyways would stay again

Clean and comfortable rooms, spacious showers. I wish there were more to walk around too, but still a great location!!
