rundown no amenities(one and done)

It was nice and clean. Only don’t like was there no one standing at the front desk when we arrived. Plus the shower head was very dispersed it only had one sitting.

Room was way too small...it seemed to be clean. The bed was comfortable but you definitely need to bring your own pillows. There was alot of noise in the hall that kept me awake till about 1:00 a.m. people running up and down the hall and having conversations right outside my door. Pool was small also.

When we arrived the hotel was horrible! It smelled bad and extremely uncomfortable. We decided not to stay. We talked to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. When I contacted hotels.com to see if I could get any kind of a refund, I assumed there would be a cancellation fee, the hotel would not give me any money back!!! They said we left without telling them which was not true!!!! In my opinion this place was gross and scary.

The lady at the front desk was rude and had an attitude the whole time I was trying to check in but the room and hotel itself was nice
