Kamer die we hadden geboekt was maar 1 kamer met 2 persoons bed en nauwelijks ruimte voor de kleding en een hele kleine badkamer. Daarnaast bike evenement op 27-6 met tot laat over 24:00 uur geluidsoverlast. Aanloop op het rose nacht evenement start op 19-6 om te testen op 18-6 diverse keren per dag keiharde muziek tot laat in de avond. Past niet bij een 4/5 sterren hotel. Gasten moeten aan allerlei regels voldoen, maar wat krijgt de gast ervoor terug? Daarnaast extreem hoge tarieven voor bedjes met parasol op het strand. €110,00 voor een dag! Daarnaast een wit wijntje €10,00. Je betaalt al meer voor een 4/5 sterren hotel, verwacht je ook dat er meer bij in zit.

The breakfast was nice. The pool facilities at the main hotel were also nice. The waiters were all friendly and helpful. The beach was pretty, clean and quiet but that’s probably because a sun lounger is around €100 so no one can afford to visit.

The accommodation was unacceptable. The bathroom and air conditioning vents continuously leaked causing health and safety issues and hygiene concerns. The rooms were small and poorly ventilated. This is not a one-off poor review, a group of us were staying and each room had similar issues. Unfortunately booking.com/hotel use the images of the main hotel (Grand Rimini) to advertise this one which is entirely misleading. It’s was really really poor value for money and one of the worst places I’ve stayed in in Europe. The front desk were not particularly sympathetic or helpful. We had to push and push to get money off our tab as compensation which was only fair in the circumstances. I would never return and recommend others do not stay here.
