TONY ESTATES Danang Beach Luxury Apartments

The hotel is excellent. The owner is a very kind and friendly person who tries to help with any questions. We checked in earlier than the official check-in time, and Tony handled everything and answered all our questions. The apartments are nice, with good internet, and it’s quite quiet and comfortable.

The mattress is very firm. It’s a matter of personal preference—some people may like it, but unfortunately it wasn’t for me. There are also quite few kitchen utensils, such as forks and knives.

Great stay in a very convenient location about 15 minutes walk to the beach. There is a fruit and vegetable shop right in front of the hotel and plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Tony Estates is very clean with housekeeping 2–3 times a week, comfortable bed(100% cotton) excellent kitchen, washing machine, work desk and communication was easy with very prompt replies. The room is airy with a nice local neighborhood feel, good water pressure, and strong Wi-Fi which worked well even for online trading. Tony is very helpful and trustworthy host, great value for longer stays given the location. The only small downside is that some karaoke noise can occasionally be heard, but this is quite common in Southeast Asia and was mentioned in previous reviews. Overall very happy with the stay and would happily recommend to friends and family.

Sehr viele Baustellen in Da Nang derzeit, man findet nicht wirklich Ruhe, wenn man sich auf dem Zimmer befindet.

Staying here was definitely great value for money. What truly impressed me was the owner, Tony, who is very attentive and caring. I asked for an early morning check-in, and it was possible, which I really appreciated. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and if there were any issues. The location is close to the beach, safe, and very clean. Drinking water is always provided, and the room is fully equipped with everything needed. Since there is only one room per floor, it offers excellent privacy. Overall, it was absolutely worth the price paid, and I would highly recommend this place.

The location is a little away from the busy streets and would be quiet if not for the currently ongoing co steuction on the other side of the road. I was on the sixth floor and ondded had a great view of the neighborhood including a bit of sea voew in the distance. Danang beach and many restaurants are closeby. I am also very greatful to Tony who was very quick in helping with some small requests and also sent a forgotten item to my next hotel in Vietnam.

Manager was great to deal with, location was ok but as the headlines states beach view is a bit of a stretch. You see a little bit of water from your window and the beach is a 10 min walk.

Everything was on point ! Exactly as the photos The staff are very nice and welcoming. Big shout out to Tony, the owner. He follows up with everything to get sure that his guests are enjoying their stay. He was up at 8 am on Sunday to help me get inside after I forgot the key card.
