"Gute Wohnung, schlechter Vermieter!!"

Gute Lage, super Wohnung Aber NUR 1 Zimmer

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist extrem zeitraubend, unseriös und nimmt einem die ersten 2 Tage die Urlaubsfreude: Vor der Anreise wird man mit haufenweise Informationen zu geschmissen, man soll Fotos von Personalausweisen schicken und dann anschließend selbst alle Daten nochmal in eine Abfrage eintragen (das sollte der Vermieter eigentlich selbst tun!) Hat man das erledigt, freut man sich auf eine schöne Wohnung, weit gefehlt. Sobald man angekommen ist, wird man zuerst in die Wohnung gelassen und sobald man diese wieder verlassen hat, man genötigt eine Kaution zu zahlen, um an alle Schlüssel zu kommen. Zahlt man nicht unmittelbar, wird man nicht mehr in die Wohnung (zu seinen Sachen) gelassen und der Vermieter antwortet in diesem Zeitraum auf keine Nachrichten oder Anrufe. Man wird erpresst das Geld zu zahlen oder sitzt vor der Wohnung und kommt nicht zu seinen Wertgegenständen. (In den AGBs steht klein etwas von der Kaution, aber dann sollte man sie vorher mit all dem Papierkram am Tag davor erledigen, damit man nicht mitten im Einräumprozess vor verschlossenen Türen steht. Das scheint der Vermieter mit Absicht zu machen!!) Bei der Abreise wird man genötigt den Müll selbst zu entsorgen dh. illegal auf die Straße zu werfen. Warum? Es gibt einen Müllkalender und anhand dessen soll man den Müll der Müllabfuhr hinlegen. Allerdings wird man mit drastischen strafen bedroht, wenn man der Abreise noch Müll in der Wohnung sein sollte. Was mache ich, wenn ich Freitag Abreise und 1 mal wöchentlich freitags Restmüll ist? Den Müll auf die Straße werfen, weil ich ihn bei der Abreise nicht mit ins Flugzeug nehmen kann. Das ist sehr unprofessionell vom Vermieter!! Kein Toilettenpapier -Halter im Bad
