Bra, genuint och lugn gata.

Köket och ac:n kyler inte sovrummet bra. Balkongdörren behöver lagas. Köket saknar utrustning. Lakan i sängen var slitna/grova så det känns som sängen var full av sand.

La struttura é molto carina, a due passi dal mare e due passi dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile anche dalla stazione. Il letto é comodo, c’è una bella tv e anche una piccola cucina. Il bagno piccolo ma doccia e water sono ok

Le scale per arrivare nella stanza sono ripidissime, ma sono così in tutte le case di Cefalù. Il lavandino del bagno é veramente tanto piccolo, per lavarti devi fare molta attenzione. In cucina non ci sono stoviglia sufficienti per poter cucinare, un solo coltello per di più poco tagliente. Al momento dell’arrivo ci sono stati chiesti 150€ di caparra che su Booking non erano richiesti (ovviamente restituiti alla fine del soggiorno). Inoltre sono da contare le tasse di soggiorno che sono 2€ a notte a persona. Inoltre a fine soggiorno sei obbligato a buttare via tutta la spazzatura e a pulire tutte le stoviglie che hai usato sennò verrai sanzionato.

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easy to get around and everything we needed was nearby. Just a small note: the stairs leading up to the apartment are quite steep and narrow, so if you’re traveling with large suitcases, it might be a bit tricky. Overall, it was a lovely stay and the apartment itself was excellent. Would still recommend it!

Great location for beach time and right in the center of the historical part of town.

If you have a lot of luggage this is a tricky place. The walk isn't very long, but road is crowded and bumpy and the stairs to the apartment are bumpy.

The location is great if you want to be close to the beach and the old town, cathedral and main square. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The studio apartment is small but very clever in its design to make the most of the space. We had an issue with the booking details and the host was helpful in sorting it out. It’s clean and modern, and was perfect for a short stay for our family of 4.

Multiple key lock boxes made check in made access a little tricky but once in, all good! Just a reminder to those booking that you must not drive into into the town centre marked ‘ZTL’. The fairly narrow and steep stairs were fine for us although could be a slight struggle for some.

Tante scale per arrivare in casa (scomodissimo con bagagli e passeggino), parcheggio lontano

Mono locale comodo situato a due passi da tutto :duomo,corso principale,molo,punto panoramico dove fare foto ad un tramonto a dir poco bellissimo, comodità su tutto quello che riguarda la ristorazione hai tutto in meno di 50 metri , ragazzi super disponibili,che dire da rifare . Grazie di tutto il mio voto è 10 e lode ...

L’Emplacement idéal dans le centre historique. Rue très calme. On ne peut pas faire plus proche de la plage. Appartement très fonctionnel.et confort. Petit balcon pour se détendre et participer à l’ambiance locale . La Clim est un gros plus à cefalù en cette saison. Je m’y suis sentie comme à la maison. Mon arrivée fut élaborée à distance et parfaitement . C’était juste super pour moi . Cela n’empêche en rien de prendre une bonne douche dans ce lieu mais un petit réglage du pommeau de douche serait bienvenue et plus confortable. Je déconseille les gros bagages comme le miens (20kilos) pour monter et descendre les escalier du bâtiment . Seule c’est du sport . Mais j’avais été prévenue ! Ce n’est qu’un détail . Clean, and modern appartment with everything you need! Amazing location in the old centre, but yet a quiet street. We had an amazing time here. Looking forward to return! The host was also easy to reach and very helpfull.
