Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Das Personal war immer über Whatsapp erreichbar und bei Problemen hilfsbereit.

Check-In und Check-Out finden nur "online" über Whatsapp und unzähligen auszufüllenden Formularen statt. Dies war meine 5. angemietete Unterkunft und nirgends anders war es dermaßen langwierig und nervtötend. Die Duscharmaturen waren rostig und locker. Des weiteren sollte in der Wohnungsbeschreibung deutlicher darauf hingewiesen werden, dass a) der öffentliche Parkplatz am Strand in ca 1 km Entfernung liegt (24€/Tag) und b) die Wohnung wegen Altstadtlage nicht mit dem eigenen PKW angefahren werden darf.

It is an incredible location. Staying there you immediately dive in the traditional old sicily. Just 2 steps from the cathedral , from the little picturesque Harbour and beach...even when the sea has waves etc - you can still swim on that beach because it is the most protected part. The apartment is small but it has everything necessary. Very smartly designed you don't feel lack of anything. We also had a cute balcony facing the typical sicilian street. We really loved our stay there. The location is just perfect. And Cefalu is a true jewel: art, history, sea, food... The check in was easy. The owners are responding quickly,helping with everything on distance. We would definetely come back

1) little humid smell in the bathroom, which usually is relevant for women, was not problematic for me though

Great location in the heart of Cefalu. Easy instructions from Stefano on how to enter the room. Remote check in. The room was cozy with kitchen and folding bed in the same room. It might be small for more people, however we could see from the photos upfront, therefore expect the size of the room. Very clean shower with towels provided. Small balcony with hangers for clothes to dry. The flat is extremely close to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores open near by.

The street can get noise from people walking on the streets, or simply just neighbours talking on their balconies. However, that is not something the owner can control. Getting up to the room is through steep stairs, however it is manageable to climb up without issues.
