"Fair value for money."

Breakfast is awesome. Location excellent. Near to Valvan dam. Quite scenery.

The hill side view has a car/vehicle scrap yard. Causing scenery ugliness.

"Great location, facilities and service"

The spacious room was a big plus with balcony and view Service was excellent at all meals (breakfast, dinner, drinks). Food was also good quality but not cheap. Spa treatment was also excellent value for money

Check in process was a chaotic and unorganised by staff. Took much too long.

What they charged not worth it basic facilities also not good at their like warm water we got in winter and cold food they served, mainly they charged 9400 for new year party that party was pathetic.

"A decent experience."

Breakfast is very good. Location is very good. Rooms are spacious.

WiFi is very slow; the Mountain View rooms were actually looking at old vehicles junk yard.
