The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Lonavala

The location where it was, all the major places were well connected. Special mention to the front desk team, really gr8 job

The Food and Service. But the food was really very bad from morning breakfast to your room dining, during breakfast staff doesn't even know what is overeasy egg preparation, they didn't even had fresh orange juice available which was quite a shame, but kudos to the service person who came up with the alternative of Sweetlime which the manager had denied at first. As well as in IRD the person who was talking orders also were not attentive enough, any specifications to the orders were neglected and very rude behaviour. Really very bad experience

Multiple Amenities like indoor Outdoor games, gym, Room cleaning, Hotel Staff services are too good, Location is very nice, good connectivity with mumbai pune expressway,

Mobile network issue is there inside rooms, Wifi connectivity is not good

It’s a bit away from central Lonavla. But yet very well placed if you like to be away from hustle bustle.

Seemed a bit pricey

hotel is good in all respect, food quality is good but prices of food bit higher in comparsion with portion/plate size they serve. brakefast variety is good. view from hotel in club room is good.

except portion/plate size of food is not good. We order steam rise alongwith other but even steam rise quantity is not sufficient for two, although we are small eater.
