OPERA Hostel

Mir hat neben dem sehr freundlichen Empfang vor Allem die Deko und Einrichtung gefallen auch die Ausstattung der Geemeinschaftsküche ist echt solide und einlandend. Die Möglichkeit, Gepäck etwas vor-oder nachzulagern fand ich, genauso wie die Empfehlungen der Rezeptionistin echt hilfreich. Vielen Dank und auf Wiedersehen ✿︎♫︎♪

Die Betten sind auf jeden Fall zweckmäßig keine Frage, aber da sehe ich eventuell Verbesserungspotential, die Wahl der Farben der Bezüge fand ich auch spannend und kann mir da auch ein paar weniger aufregende Töne vorstellen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau , wie man so sagt.

My single bed room was delightful - comfortable, very clean and charming decoration (Puccini theme). Also a nice view of the Alte Opera though I imagine this could be noisy when weather is better..

WIFI!!! There are a lot of complaints about this in reviews. First of all it's weak in general - almost non existent where my room was at the end of the hall. But also I stayed a few nights and apparently on Sundays they change the codes. It would have been helpful if this was mentioned first of all, but it adds another layer of difficulty logging in. The claim is that they don't want outsiders using it (people who stay then leave), but you have to be on the premises to use it (and it's weak anyway), so the logic makes no sense -- it just causes problems for guests.

Viel zu hohe Kissen!

The wonderful Opera Hostel with its charming atmosphere and artistic interior surpasses even many hotels. I was enchanted by this cozy and beautiful hostel and its location, just a short walk from the old town, the train station and the sights. The rooms were very clean and lovingly decorated, every detail in its place - I felt like I was at an art exhibition with a vintage feel! I would like to thank the lovely hostel team from the bottom of my heart for creating and maintaining such a magical gem and a real treasure to stay in Erfurt - at a affordable price - for everyone who loves beauty and fine arts!!! I definitely want to come back soon and bring my family and friends with me to introduce them Erfurt, rich in culture and history and this magnificent hostel. Auch das Opera ist ein tolles Hostel mit individuell eingerichteten Zimmern. Klasse Gemeinschaftsräume. Habe mich sehr über die Konzertgitarre in Gemeinschaftsraum gefreut.

Schade, dass das WLAN in meinem Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat.

Sehr gefallen hat uns das große, saubere Zimmer und die hervorragende Lage mit prima Anschluss an den ÖPNV. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Gemeinschaftsraum und dort eine Kaffeemaschine für alle.
