Sehr freundliches Personal, uns wurde sofort immer geholfen. Es war sehr gut alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gab nur kleine Mängel, die wir kommuniziert haben und Änderung wurde zu gesichert. Die Reißverschlüsse an der Bettwäsche waren kaputt, naja.... Mit der Küche hat super geklappt. Kaffee, Tee free Kühlschrank/ Gefrierschrank kann man nutzen 👍 Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Spiele und Bücher sind vorhanden. Das Gebäude selbst ist schon etwas betagt, das Augenmerk sollte darauf ruhen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen und werden es weiter empfehlen.

Super freundliches fast 24/7 ansprechbar Personal, dass stets alles sehr gut erklärt hat. Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Zimmer nach bekannten Opernkomponisten zu benennen und einzurichten ist eine sehr schöne Idee.

Unser Zimmer war in der 2.Etage und zur Straße raus, da wir immer mit gekipptem Fenster schlafen, war es bis ca. Mitternacht ziemlich laut.
