Excellent staff and excellent breakfast

Loved the decor and plenty of tea and coffee to keep me going. Pleasant stay.

Cost was a bit high for such a small room especially when people also staying that night had paid far less for a double room.

Breakfast was fantastic(not included with price) family room was nice but had 2 single beds rather than a double.

Helpful staff, quite pleasant restaurant, good location for visiting Aldeburgh and surrounding area. Room very small, not what we thought we had booked. Expedia room description misleading.

Unfortunately we didn’t stay: the photos suggested a quaint, calm stay but it was on a busy, noisy main road, no charm and with run down common areas. Staff was kind but the room had to be paid in advance with no refunds so be careful
