I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were all so friendly and helpful which always makes the time better. The room was also very neat and well decorated, very cozy. The only negative things were how dirty the room was and housekeeping. The room felt like it had not been cleaned at all; surfaces were sticky, crumbs and food all over the rug, floor and around the couch - it was disgusting and for me, made relaxing almost impossible in the room. As for housekeeping, checkout was either 11 or noon and by checkout time, they’d already rang my doorbell and banged on the door three separate times - which woke me up way earlier than id planned to be up; I felt they should’ve been more coordinated there. Once us understandable but 3 times just felt ridiculous Overall, the people at the front desk were the best part of the stay and I appreciate the effort they put in.

Great hotel in a fun area! Very nice staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Had only one elevator working at beginning of my staff but then repaired.

Location

Paying $40 a day for Valet, then self parking at night because no one was there.

The furnishings and decor were "collegiate" and appealing; the room was in great condition and very comfortable. Even the lobby wallpaper shows people spelling out O-H-I-O for Ohio State University!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Great location downtown with easy walking to plenty of dining options and shopping. Short Uber drive to the university or about a 45 minute walk.

Always a great stay at The Graduate! Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the stadium for game day.

Cute decor. Although the streets were busy outside on the weekend, it was quiet inside and the staff was welcoming and friendly

Pros: Front staff was friendly and area very walkable. The biggest cons: -The rooftop area shown in pictures is not actually open to guests, staff said only groups that book the large conference rooms can use the rooftop area. -Room was small and not well lit enough with the darker colored walls.
