Super friendly and very attentive hosts offering lots of advice. Amazing south west views of Santorini. Enjoy your dinner on the rooftop terrace with famous Santorini sunsets. Very tasty breakfast with a rich list of choices that guests prepare a day before. You can choose where your meal can be served: your quarters, patio or rooftop terrace. We also recommend optional dinner prepared on site. Great location very close to restaurants, churches, gift shops and market square with food stores and pharmacy. There is bus service on the market square that offers rides everywhere on the island for €2 per person. You can rent an ATV a car or a donkey there. The serenity of the setting with great sunsets and the quiet neighbourhood was the highlight of our stay. The highest point of Pyrgos is 3 minutes walk and offers a little square surrounded by a beautiful church, a collection of icons, Franco's Cafe and Rita Bar that are very good restaurants. We spent our evenings there enjoying views of entire Santorini and amazing sunsets. We hired donkeys (€15 per donkey) to carry our luggage and our kids. Lots of fun and great pictures. There are no vehicular streets in the old part of Pyrgos. This is the real deal.

Nothing. Obviously don't expect the mainstream five star hotel amenities. This is not what you came here for.

O alojamento era super típico com uma atmosfera que transbordava aquela imagem que se tem da Grécia por todos os lados! Além disso, o serviço foi excecional e super atencioso!

A única coisa que teria a apontar seria a localização, que é um pouco complicado de encontrar, mas faz parte do “labirinto” de ruas típicas da região.

Pyrgos is quiet village and this house was nice experience in Greek traditional house. Very clean and convenient. Pyrgos is close to ferry port. Though few tourist spots are little far, like Fira and Ioa, but possible to commute using public bus as cheapest option or else rent a car another option but taxis are expensive. Leo was amazing in helping out and explaining things around the property. Nice to have home made breakfast by his mom. Good view for sunset from the roof.

Though it’s not about I didn’t like but for someone who can’t walk upward roads, it will be little exercise to go up from Pyrgos square etc. but if you can then it’s worth. Donkey service available for carrying luggage etc.

The property was well maintained, very clean had fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, some lovely board games which we played with our kids. The view from the terrace was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. The sunset on the private terrace was a bonus with 3 young kids. The food was cooked fresh and was delicious. The host Leo was friendly and very helpful. Leo provided guidance on things to do/see on the island. Highly recommend the property.

Der Gastgeber Leo war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war toll.
