Very icy in front of facility and not salted or sanded

The toilet seat was loose and not securely fastened

The staff is always friendly and make our stay every year a pleasure.

There wasn't much there. One banana, no other fruit. I need non dairy milk and organic or clean food and it was a lot of processed, sugar filled foods. The waffles were excellent! Real maple syrup or honey would have been nice. The cafeteria was all nice and clean so that was fantastic.

The first room either had bed bugs or was dirty mattress cover, so they switched rooms. They said they took the room off and recharged for the new room, and I asked upon checkout if it was corrected because it didn't look like it on my receipt,they said it was. It wasn't. I was at the airport and not enough funds on my account to pay for baggage check, I called the hotel back and she needed the manager but the plane was leaving so I couldn't wait. Long story short, I got double charged and it was a mess to fix. I did see, first thing in the morning, they were treating the first room, so that's good, and the first desk lady upon checkout in, was so helpful, and said they had only found them a few times in her 6 or 8 years of working there. Also, I forgot my charger and phone was dead, I asked at the desk to charge it and was told no chargers. I know people forget them in the hotels, you would think there would be a spare, but maybe even just have a few, you can put it on the bill and if it doesn't get returned or left in the room, charge for it. 😉

Breakfast was great bed was comfortable very clean great location, pool water was warm

Went with little kids and the tub had to plug for a bath. Got a king suite, the room was just your standard room with a king bed in it.
