Comfort Inn Fergus Falls

Stayed overnight during a long road trip. I walked into the room and was immediately hit with a strong smell of mold/mildew and the room was just very damp like a leaky basement. The carpet was very damp. The deadbolt for the door was coming apart. The tv remote also didn’t work so the tv was stuck on whatever channel it was already on and I couldn’t change it. The water tasted like mold when I brushed my teeth. I would not stay here again.

I liked that you had a washer and dryer on site. I didn’t like my room location because I was next to a Generator that was noisy room 205

The beds were very uncomfortable, bad smell of pet urine, room was moist, all our clothes got samp

Room had been smoked in. Overly small pullout bed.

Breakfast was awful. Bed not comfortable and no handrails in the tub and the tub was slick. Afraid I was going to fall in the tub.

Very over priced for this old run down hotel

It was close to the road and convenient. The staff were friendly

The coach bed was not made as we had requested, and we had to go find linings for it, which they didn't have. We used queen-size sheets on the twin pullout. And the mattress on the pull-out was horrendous. It was stained, dirty, and the springs felt everywhere. We ended up putting that person on the floor! Not ok!
