Convenient and quiet

Room was half clean, fitness room dirty

When I checked in, the woman at the desk handed me the room key with the internet password in it. Gave no indication that there was a known problem. I got to my room, discovered it didn't work, asked the front desk, and was given the least believable excuse that it was being worked on. So I'm stuck in a hotel after two days on the road, unable to work and needing to. Absolutely unacceptable.

Easy on and off, staff friendly, room clean, breakfast good start with traveling.

The first night the manager called our room after hearing my dog bark once when she heard me coming in the hall. He hassled us about having a dog. Told us we were supposed to tell the front desk when we checked in that we had a dog. My husband told him that I did. After they went back and forth on the phone management asked if I would come down to the front desk. I went down. He asked if I disclosed I had a pet when I checked in . I told him I disclosed I was traveling with a dog when I booked my room. I also signed and initialed the paper given to me when I checked in stating I had a dog. Then he told me he needed my credit card. I told him I already gave my credit card when I booked my room, I also was asked for it when I checked in and the woman looked at it and ok'd everything. Then he told me I wasn't supposed to be put in the room I was in with my dog. The second night there at 11:45 pm the fire alarm went off. We jumped up and headed for the door, the alarm stopped and then sounded again shortly and stopped. The hotel smelled strong of marijuana in the hall. And was loud , we could hear every door opening and closing from the floor below us and the floor we were on. .... Our stay at COMFORT inn was NOT comfortable! Will not recommend or stay again

The location of this place was fine. It was close to what I needed. The weather was awful during my trip in the area but was not the hotel's fault - but it did dampen my mood. Breakfast was nothing to write home about

The place seemed a little 'dated' but was comfy enough for the one night in the area.

Bathroom had damage

Did not make bedwhen stayed 2 nights.
