Americas Best Value Inn Chippewa Falls

This property did not match the photos online. The front sign appears to be photoshopped as the building does not match the picture. They are doing remodeling throughout the hotel (which is fine), but we were not informed of this. For example, the pool is nonexistent at the moment and that was not disclosed nor reflected in the price. The rooms did not match the images online, there were no lamps in the rooms, the TV didn’t work, there was never staff at the front desk, etc. Overall, do not recommend.

There is no pool or hot available to use pictures show one, however there was no water & it looked like the area is being used to store construction supplies. was told coffee& breakfast would be in the lobby at 6:30 am. checked out around 7:30 & nothing was out there. had to go to the walmart down the road to purchase toilet paper for the room

Under renovation. No breakfast. beds adequate. bathroom very small. Could hear people talking way after midnight.

Do not stay at this hotel.

Pluse...cheap, comfortable clean beds Minus...smells, old stained carpet, pool had no water, nothing but cereal and yogurt for breakfast, no coffee even. Online pictures dont match up. Expect old place, no service, a motel that's a maze

was horrible. do not choose this hotel. if you do choose this hotel be prepared to be disspointed to be let down. they will hurt you. they will assult you. they will steal from you and you will walk away with bedbugs on you. this will be the worest stay of your life and they are friends with the local cops so even if you call the police after they assult you the cops wont help.

First room was so disgusting, bed was made but that is all the housekeepers had done. Stain on pillow, hairs under comforter, pubs on toilet seat and floor. Gentleman at front desk did get us a cleaned room the next morning but was too busy to discuss any reimbursement. Pool was empty as well. I could go on but safe to say we will never go back there!!

I walk in the place smells like weed. You can’t get a person at the front desk to save your life. The pool is empty no water. Outlets don’t work. Refrigerator doesn’t work. No breakfast available. The only thing it is good for is a bed, but even then the sheets smell like male Bo and I traveled alone. Very sketchy.

Well to start our door was broken. Then to find that the bathroom door looked like an ax was taken to it then repaired. The microwave must of been peed in because we went to heat something up and got the most god awful smell of hot urine. Pool was empty and non functioning. Overall was not happy for the price we paid for what felt unsafe.
