Good location close to every thing

Bed was to hard

Right from arriving at the hotel the staff was super friendly, we arrived early but was able to store our luggage until check in. Super clean, comfy, literally everything you could ask for & literally a 5 minute walk from everywhere youd want to go. Would definitely return in the futre

No on site parking Lift wasn’t working (which we understand cant be helped) however not great for an older person getting to the 3rd floor. The bathroom was dated and could do with updating, shower was small

Fantastic hotel, all staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Baz (I really hope I remembered your name correct) even helped late one evening when there were some guests at the hotel next door being extremely loud. The room was a good size, very clean, great location. The breakfast was really nice too, great selection of drinks and even included black pudding and fried bread on the breakfast menu, which not many places do. The room even had cotton wool and cotton buds, showing their attention to detail and catering for all needs and attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
