"Nice enough for an old Skegness hotel, one of the better ones and I've tried a lot!"

Cleanliness, comfortable bed , drinks tray with biscuits in room and kettle. Good shower with toiletries. Good location almost opposite the pier on the front. leaflets for local attractions, seating in front space.

Tiny old lift didn't go up to top floor, drab lounge with uncomfortable seating, bedroom curtain fell down, didn't make up room one day though did give us extra coffee etc when we asked. creaky floors . Price didn't include breakfast but too early for us anyway.

very close to the beach and amenities

Hot Water Jug was full of limescale it was unusable old furniture, very old and inefficient electronics.

The room was clean and tidy.

The Room was too small for 2 people and for the price that I paid. The room did not have a mini fridge, which was very disappointing and the bathroom was very tiny. The sink was separate from the bathroom and it was outside, close to the bed.
