Hotel Downstreet, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Location, price

Walls were very thin, so lots of noise, strangely stubborn bath faucet and only tepid to warm water in the shower

A lot of things were closed due to the storm, which was expected, thus I can't really rate anything.

The lobby has different galleries that are interesting to walk through and it is also bright with refreshing water available all day and night. The staff were also friendly. The hotel location is excellent being downtown North Adams, it is very easy to walk to restaurants and Mass Moca.

The bathrooms need to be updated, the wallpaper is very old along with the shower and vanity.

toilet is too low...for the elderly or even slightly disabled a support bar would be most helpful. Bed was made, clean sheets but was made very sloppily

Would appreciate some pastries along with the apples at the coffee station, or available for purchase at desk.

Centrally located could walk to various restaurants and shops

Parking lot was not in best shape and sometimes hard to find a spot Also bathrooms very small

Location to Mass MOCA.
