Hotel Downstreet, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Beds very clean. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Allowed pet.

No help with bags.

2nd time here and it's perfect for us (2 adults and a teen) and our dog. The rooms are really large, the hot tub and pool are decent, the staff is extraordinarily nice, the restaurant it good, and you can walk to Mass MoCA. Perfect and affordable.

I wish the steam room worked and the fitness room was bigger, better, but honestly for the price it's hard to complain!

Locatie was erg goed!

We wisten niet dat er een restaurant bij het hotel was. Dit was prima geweest voor het diner. Nu hadden we elders geboekt.

The pool and hot tub also the free coffee! Great location for what we needed.

It is very easy to hear everyone else in the same room areas. The shower could use some updates. Need better lights in the rooms.

I liked the lobby and how spacious the room was.

The first room we got was a king room that we reserved. It was very close to the elevators and the view from our windows was the air conditioning units of the hotel. Needless to say it was noisy. We asked for a different room and all they were able to give us was a double Queen room that was a bit further away from the elevators and one story higher. You can see in the picture the “view” of the bottom floor’s roof and the air conditioning units I mentioned. This is not a $300+ a night hotel room view. The doors are made of metal and are heavy. They slam and make an awful noise that wakes up the neighboring rooms. In addition, it is located near the train rail. The train does pass at night and is noisy. I would have never chosen this hotel had I known all this. It was overpriced and it under delivered.
