Location, value for money room.

Breakfast (even hot water for the coffee) was a little late, not ready and waiting at 8.00 am...but that's a small niggle... Cooked breakfast was tasty, but not necessarily well presented...just a little room for improvement...It all helps on those vital first impressions....("managing expectations” !) Greeting and welcome upon arrival could have been a little more professional rather than casual. These are small details which can make a massive difference. P.S. Extractor fan in RM 6 didn't appear to be working...crucial when a notice says "please keep bathroom door closed to avoid steam setting smoke alarm off” !

Stayed at the property before

Lovely location and close to station. Liked seaview and breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the sitting out area overlooking the sea, though it is the other side of a busy road to the inn.

The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and twisty and difficult with luggage. The blind to the bedroom window needed some instruction on how to use. I managed without but in summer it could be more necessary.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower control wasn’t great too hot
