Our room was in the basement and when I went to the front desk to ask for another room the general manager told us if we didn't like it we could leave. We found another hotel and checked out with a full refund. Would never stay here.

"Great value for a great service hotel."

Vinny was a great host. We greatly enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff was ready to help refill drinks and throw trash away super kind and helpful.

Only downside that I would say was my family stayed here for five days. Nobody ever came in to get soiled linens and replace towels as their sign said they would after three days. After going to the lobby, though, they provided us with clean linens very easy to work with. Will be back.
