Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey West

The stay was fair. I would stay again.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are not at all in the condition depicted in the photos. During check in, the front desk staff said very little & provided no information about breakfast times, where ice machines were located (not on each floor), directions to the room, nothing. There was no cable in our room the first night & when I called down to the desk, they were aware they were experiencing cable & internet issues but didn’t share this at check in. The beds were so low to the ground & uncomfortable. The next morning we go down for breakfast. Staff are standing in the kitchen area watching everyone’s moves. When me & my kids settle on making waffles in the available waffle maker & say this out loud, staff disappear to the kitchen. I go ask for help because no batter is coming out of the dispenser. It was empty & needed to be refilled. Which staff knew but apparently it was 5 mins before breakfast ended so they were upset that we wanted to get food so close to end time but I didn’t know. While we’re making waffles & getting the rest of our items, another male staff comes in and starts removing the drinks before we have the opportunity to get any. When I ask for some of the juice just removed, he comes back out with the orange juice & pours one cup. I ask if there is more because there are 3 of us. He says ma’am breakfast ends in 1 minute. I respond asking why he did not offer it before taking it if breakfast is ending. He rolls his eyes

front desk staff Jay- poor customer service skills, horrible demeanor and attitude. when asked to further explain why he needed to charge me $1, i told him i have no issue paying, i have the $1, i just want to understand why? his tone of voice and volume of voice increased. his explanation didnt make sense to me but he got even more upset when i told him i didnt understand. he then said either pay it now or call booking.com and wait on the phone 40 minutes for help from them.

The pool was so very small...if you had 3 people in you wouldn't be able to swim...which we couldn't because they lost the key! I have seen bigger hottubs . .picture was very misleading

Dirty and the front desk employee sent a friend tried to check me in.

Interesting thing about this hotel is the entrance and exit is the same place. When we went to bed, we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway and sounds in the room above us.

The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was okay

The bathtub has some mold on it.
