People sitting in vehicles in hotel parking lot late at night when I returned to hotel from concert

They seem to be working on renovation but it’s slow and the carpets have seen better days. Shampooing and a good vacuum would help. Breakfast was great and area was clean. Staff was friendly and it felt safe.

Although no pets allowed, our room smelled musty due to high humidity on 9/27. Also, the curtains heavy curtains, i.e., block out the light, was a peculiar design. The sheer curtains slightly closed, but the heavy curtains were stationed on both sides. They were not designed to close. So not only could the residents possibly see us in our room, there was a parking lot light that shined continuously in our room😡

Buen desayuno; no me gustó que la habitación que me llevó fue en el sótano y dijo que las reservaciones por expedía puede ser ahí y fue por lo que pagué, luego nos cambiaron; el televisor aunque tienen escrito las indicaciones no funciona en 2 ocasiones hubo que bajar a solicitar ayuda, el trato con los puertorriqueños no es bueno

Broken picture (glass), extremely uneven floor (maybe from water damage?), door didn’t seal correctly, old scratched up furniture. Not impressed with “this” facility.

Closeness to hershey park

The staff stood over you while you are having breakfast to make sure no one "wastes" food. They have obscure signs posted about wasting food. It was completely weird and uncomfortable. The elevators were dirty. They need to vacuum between the groves amd clean the floors better. Rooms smelled like weed, but the guy said it was air freshener. I think they use an incense smelling air freshener. The room only had 3 towels for 5 guests had to ask for more. The pool looked like it could fit 4 people. It's not appropriate for a hotel. Its the smallest pool I have ever seen. Other than that, everything else was okay. The staff were nice.
