Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey West

The rooms were disgusting, furniture was broken down. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel for the night because I did not feel safe and when I called and asked if I could get a refund, the person on the phone raised their voice at me. I then called their management company and was told maybe they yelled at me because they were upset that I didnt tell them before leaving. I said I literally just got done finished telling you i did not feel safe. Why would I tell them I'm leaving? So anyways, please don't stay here.

You can tell the drywall was put in by unskilled workers. Joint and corner tape peeling. The room was still clean which is what really matters

The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean. The manager does his best to assure your stay is comfortable and for the most part it was good. Breakfast is good with variety.

There are too few (one) towel racks in the bathroom. The refrigerator really didn’t get cold enough to use safely for food. There wasn’t enough soap provided.

Rooms and elevators were not well maintained. Bathroom was dirty with mold in the shower and dirty walls. Front desk personnel was not friendly or helpful. Our door in and out of the room would jam or malfunction. LOTS of wear and tear

Rooms are pretty clean beds are clean sheets and towels are clean.

This whole building smells like a dirty ash trash there are ashes and cigarette butts on the stairs. The whole building stinks. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast was good.

The room was okay. The bathroom needed fresh caulk around the tub, black spots around the tub.
