Metro Scottsdale Extended Stay

Place was very clean and nice. It worked out perfect for my family and I.

The room was disgusting and it smelled very bad it smelled like chewing tobacco and cheap Cologne the air was smoking and heavy. We didn’t even want to bring in our luggage out of fear that our clothes would smell like the room. we did not even sleep in the bed. We were totally grossed out by the place there were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen and living room it was located next to the linen closet, which you would think would smell great like fresh laundry, but it smelled like a musky stink bomb like rotten eggs, and mildew. I did bring it up to the person I was communicating with at the front. I expressed that we needed to switch rooms and that we couldn’t barely breathe in there after I didn’t hear anything back immediately. I decided that I would try to open up the windows, I was able to get two of the windows open one of them upon me, lifting it didn’t have the safety latches on the side, and it came crashing down, almost took off my hand at that point I had just had it. It was dangerous. It was disgusting it smelled, and it was not at all anything I would ever pay for again.

The hotel was in a good neighborhood but it had homeless sleeping at the pool at night, very seedy with odd people that around the property during night hours. Rooms had terrible smell, furniture was damaged and old, beds were horrible. Felt like it was unsafe environment for children.

We never received our code for check in-fortunately we had the Metro number and was able tow receive the code. The toilet ran all night in the room. Musky smell in the apartment.

It was okay for an overnight stay. Location was convenient for me. A LOT of quibbles. Coffee maker, no cream or sugar. A filthy chair in bedroom should go to landfill. Several outlets not working It was ok, but would not like to spend a week

Stayed less than a minute . Bugs were everywhere Absolute dump.., Still waiting on refund.. Lotta hoops to jump through

Took food back to room after a long day all I wanted was to relax eat and go to bed but when I was eating roches started appearing needles to say I couldn’t finish my food. After that I went on inspecting the room/bed before laying down I can see sweat/pee stains in the mattress I was doubting to even stay there but as you know might be why there is no refunds.
