Metro Scottsdale Extended Stay

I dont know hownmany times my husband and I called asking for them to do something about the people staying on the floor above us being so loud in the middle of the night and they did absolutely nothing. The place straight up smell like pee all over, they didn't replenish the coffee everyday or got you the chance to buy more anywhere when the type of coffee maker they have is a special kind. We will never stay in any of these anywhere.

Had some bugs in kitchen area, carpet wet from water leakage, bath tub is old and small and slippery.

Location was in a decent area but this property was unkept at best. The room smelled so bad it soaked in to our clothes and luggage. Like something from a Seinfeld episode…

The room was ok. Dated but ok. However the unit is in an apartment complex. The walls are thin and there was alot of neighbor's yelling and the dogs next door were always barking. There was a strange smell in the hall way and the room via the H-vac system. Not pleasant.

The location is nice. The Metro apartment it self is the problem. Very sketchy people staying on the property. The room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. Old furniture, mattress had numerous stains on it. They definitely hadn't changed the mattress in years. Requested another room or mattress. It took two different attempts to get a mattress that was decent enough to sleep on. Walls were dirty inside the room, counters needed cleaning and there was rust in areas of the apartment/hotel.

The stay was exactly what was needed. The room had a stove, a desk area, a kitchen table, a full fridge and freezer and the beds were comfortable.

Weird to find the right door to enter

First thing I smelled when entering room was midew and smoke , bedroom door was smashed in , carpet stains every where . Not happy

I got bed bites all over my body the day after check out. I also had hives.
