Would be great if there were charging stations for electric vehicles.. Great place..

The couch was broken (sagged massively), the dishwasher and kitchen sink were clogged, the bed mattress was very worn and the spring mattress sank too much. The windows are heavy and do not stay open. Good amount of towels and cold a/c.

I like the apartment. I smelled like a lot of detergent, which was kind of discomfotable.

The property needs a lot of maintenance outside and inside the hallways. Basketball hoop was broken. The room was nice and up to date, but there was a lingering odor in the hallways. Location was good. Most of the staff was courteous and helpful. Although the maintenance guy wasn't too helpful. My TV in the living area wasn't working. He came in, looked at it, said "You need new TV," in a broken Eastern European accent and then left and never came back. Overall I would probably stay again.

It was a very different experience. I was impressed with the text messages/checkin and being sent a code. Though I didn’t understand the need to upload my drivers license and take a selfie until we got there and realized there is no staff there after a certain time and they actually lock the doors to the lobby where the vending machines are. The amount of prohibited activities that were undoubtedly taking place “after hours” were plenty. The hallway reeked of marijuana every evening. The walls were very thin and we were able to hear conversations in the room next to us. We were in town for a swim meet and my son tried showering midday and there was no hot water. The size of the room was impressive and comfortable. Having a kitchenette with dishes available was extremely convenient. Incredible location, close to many restaurants and grocery stores.

This is some kind of shady operation!!! Not Legit! Do Not Stay Here! People live here and are in bad shape!! Druggies Elderly Garbage Everywhere, Bugs, Horrid Bed, Old Shabby Dirty! Doors are Locked at Night Was a Hotel originally, now some sort of Burned Out Low End Housing?????

Good price and good space

I didnt like taking my own garbage out. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We will check it out next time we visit Scottsdale.

The place was worse than a motel. Dirty, the hallways don't look like they have ever been cleaned. the chairs in our place had stains all over them. I would avoid this place at all costs.
