This was a great value for the area!

Staff was awesome, room was good, overall great value. Only knock is the TVs are so old they are not smart tv’s and can’t connect to the internet or even use a firestick or Roku. Overall worth every penny. Metro should upgrade the TV’s and charge $5/per stay. Everyone would be happier and they would make a huge profit.

Tried sitting in the lobby area for the first time before the sperbowl started and enjoy the modern scenery with a nice seating area along with the great customer service you get with Mr.Ryan is a plus

Well I did not get my info to get into the place till hour before the next day , my shower did not work for two days . Then I got locked into the east wing of hotel because door broke no fire exit. They did not even contact me ,when I asked for my money back n none of the staff on hand the next day even speak English. The place was clean in the room n spacious space , but over all this place is over charging you w minimum comfort n care

I appreciate that the parking instructions and code access were correct. That is the ONLY nice thing I have to say about this rathole. The hallways smelled so gross ..like old dog pee, dead fish, pot, musty air freshener , dirt and various smells that I couldn't even identify. The carpets were covered in stains, grime and filth. The room was a mix of broken-down, rusted, corroded, noisy... I could hear the people above us talking like they were sitting next to me... and their 6am alarm was loud), smelly and dirty. The glaze on the tub was coming off and trapped dirt as well as dirty shoe prints on the sides of the tub. The shower head and the grab bar were corroded and covered in deposits/film. Behind the bathroom door(visible when closing to use the toilet) was wads of hair and food debris (Doritos maybe?). The "closet" wall was peeling off and chipped. The door was rusty and off the tracks, leaned at an angle so it didn't fall over. The tracks were so rusted and full of filth that even if the door was on the tracks, it could NOT have moved. The worst part was paying a pet fee and moments after putting the pet food down, there were bugs swarming her dish. Not like a stray bug, but many bugs came running out from under the kitchenette cabinets and into her food. It happened so fast, I could not stop it before picking her up and moving her away and grabbing paper towels to wipe the food into a plastic bag (capturing a few bugs) and literally running out the door.

The unit was just ok a place to sleep. Blankets subpar

Enjoyed a night out at racks that was recommended for me and my girl friends to go to enjoy a nice night out in the city by my Ryan

Unfortunately I had to switch rooms due to my stove not working by me Dimitri and iczel made sure to put me in the best available room
