"Superb"

Staff were lovely and friendly. View from our balcony was perfect

It was very quiet in the evening bar and restaurant, not a fault of the hotel/restaurant just time of year.

"Very friendly hard working bunch of people.Perhaps a little background music in evening."

Would have liked choice cereal,fruit juice,porridge and fruit.Would have liked tomato and mushrooms as an alternative to beans and hash browns,poached eggs instead of fried.It should have these choices like most hotels,not everyone wants cooked breakfast every day.Bacon and sausage were very tasty.

Great place to stay. Lovely place with alot of history regarding HMS Ganges. Breakfasts were really good. Staff were very nice especially Alex. Very helpful and informative about the area.

"Enjoyable would stay again"

Nice location Lovely and clean,comfortable bed Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats come and go

Restaurant and bar very limited hours No air conditioning even though a fan was provided it was very hot had to leave patio door and windows open

"Brilliant location for relaxing and watching big ships and boats"

Amazing location, booked by accident but that accident revealed a little gem.

Booking.com had this as 3 mile from Felixstowe - yeah, if you have a boat lol. 40 minute drive.

The room was very clean and welcoming, with a very comfy bed. The views from the balcony overlooking Felixstowe and Harwich are great. All members of staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a fabulous stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable in a superb location with a great outlook over to Felixstowe docks. Had a great time watching the container ships from the balcony and the wider area of the Orwell and Stour estuaries is very picturesque. We took the foot ferry over to Felixstowe for a visit to Landguard Fort and nature reserve.
